Ben Wylie-van Eerd began his training in Taekwon-do in primary school in 2000, and joined Brooklyn club the following year. He earned his 1st dan in May of 2005, and has been instructing since 2010. He is currently working towards a PhD in physics and loves to apply mechanics principles to help develop excellent technique in himself and his students. He also loves flying kicks.
