The 2010 Annual General Meeting of the Spirit Taekwon-Do Group Incorporated will be taking place at 11am, Sunday May 2nd, at Vogelmorn Hall.
The following items are on the Agenda:
1. President’s report for the 2009/10 year (followed by resolution to accept report)
2. Annual accounts for the 2009/10 year (followed by resolution to accept annual accounts)
3. Election of officers: (Nomination form)

• Secretary
• Committee member
In accordance with the club constitution the club committee positions of Secretary and Committee member expire by rotation and an election is required at the AGM. Nominations are being called before the AGM. Nominations are also being sought for the position of President – Mr Dennis Burns has advised that he will be resigning to concentrate on his position as Chairman of the ITFNZ board.

Please come along to the meeting as your vote is needed.
If you can't make it then please fill out a proxy form and give it to someone to take to the meeting.
